Bosentas 62.5mg Tablet

Bosentan 62.5mg tablet contains an active component called bosentan. It belongs to the class of medicines called endothelin receptor antagonists and helps to expand the blood vessels. This medication is used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Inform your doctor if you are allergic to bosentan 62.5mg tablet or any of the ingredients present in them. Inform your doctor if you have any history of liver problems, psoriasis, or hypoglycemia (low blood pressure). Inform your doctor about your prescribed and non-prescribed medicine and proper diet while under medication.

Treatment of Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH)

Bosentas 62.5 Tablet can be taken with or without food. It should be swallowed as a whole with a glass of water, do not chew or crush it.

Bosentas 62.5 Tablet is an anti-hypertension medication primarily used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (high pressure in the blood vessels that carry blood from the heart to the lungs). Bosentas 62.5 Tablet can even increase our exercising ability, delay disease progression, and improve quality of life. It works by blocking the action of endothelin.  Endothelin narrows the blood vessels and increases the pressure in the blood vessels of the lungs. Bosentas 62.5 Tablet helps to relax blood vessels by blocking endothelin and increasing the blood supply to the lungs. It also improves the quality of life, exercising ability, and delays the progression of pulmonary arterial hypertension.
