Selepeg 200MCG Tablet belongs to the group of medicines called selective non-prostanoid IP prostacyclin receptor agonists used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs), to slow down the worsening of symptoms and to reduce the chance of hospitalisation.Selepeg 200MCG Tablet contains Selexipag, which works by widening the pulmonary arteries and reducing their hardening. This makes it easier for the heart to pump blood through the pulmonary arteries. Thereby, it lowers the pressure in the pulmonary arteries.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Selepeg 200 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
